Directory Submission and listing terms & conditions
Agreement
The DoItEco.com Green Directory is a service provided to the Client which is ruled by the terms and conditions of this agreement. By submitting your business/website details you accept the terms of this agreement and accept to be bound by it, you certify that you provide correct and true information as prompted by the submission and payment forms.
Listing service, submissions and acceptance principles

• All business and websites submitted for listing in the DoItEco Green directory are all manually reviewed before being approved or rejected.
• We will only include websites and businesses that promote, sell, display or rent products and/or services which are environmentally friendly and/or sustainable.
• We reserve all rights to determine whether or not to include/publish a business or website listing.
• We also reserve the right to remove any business or website listing without notice. In this situation we will attempt to notify the client via the registered email address with the reason(s) for removing the business/website from the directory.
• We reserves the right to determine in which category or categories a website will be displayed, and may change the content of that directory page at any time or move the website to another category or subcategory, and change the descriptive text or title without notice
• We reserves the right to choose the positioning of the links and their description on any page and these can be changed without notice
• Submitting and paying the application (if applicable) is no guarantee of inclusion in the directory.
• Businesses or websites that sell, promote, give or are associated with (eg. have links to such sites) products/services in the following categories will not be listed; arms, violence, pornography, gambling or any illegal activity.

• Some factors that are not looked on favorably when assessing a listing as being suitable are;
  • Lack of environmental considerations and content
  • Non unique content
  • Poor website design and functionality
  • Pop-up advertisements for third-parties
  • Excessive advertising
  • Broken links
  • No Contact details found on website
  • Redirect addresses. For example urls which redirect to another website

Terms and Conditions

• You may receive emails from DoItEco.com about new services or special advertising deals.
• Any information supplied by a Client in the directory submission process is for internal use only. This information will not be given, lent or sold to any external parties except if necessary in those cases of legal matters in relation to the DoItEco.com directory.
• DoItEco.com reserves the right to use Client's information for internal marketing purposes including advertisement offers.
• Visitor numbers may increase or decrease on DoItEco.com. DoItEco.com does not give any guarantee of the number of visitor to DoItEco.com or the number of visitors that will visit any Client's website resulting from a visit to DoItEco.com.
• Visitor numbers can never be a reason for refunding of any application fee.
• The DoItEco.com directory is provided without any warranty of any kind. We give no guarantees that the directory will be functioning 100% without any interruptions or without any error.
• Under no circumstances will DoItEco.com or any person working with or for DoItEco.com be liable for losses of any kind to a visitors/client due to the use of the directory, including sales, clients, profits, goodwill, data and any other kind of damage even if due to the removal of a website from the directory.

Definitions
In these terms, unless the context otherwise requires:

• Directory means the directory of websites and businesses on DoItEco.com;
• DoItEco.com means the website located at www.doiteco.com;
• Client means any person/company/organisation who submits a listing for the directory or to whom DoItEco supplies Services;
